We can provide you with valuable information that can save you money, not only at the time of closing but over the life of your loan.  We are not trying to sell you a mortgage and as such do not have a vested interest in your transaction.  Rather, we want to be your advocate and coach as you go through the mortgage transaction. 

We will not try to refer you to any other company.  Your mortgage professional is most likely a solid, reputable company.  We simply want to give you peace of mind and to confirm for you that you are getting the best deal possible.


How are we Qualified?

Our advisors have received national CRC and CRMS certifications for mortgage lenders and are accredited by the National Association of Mortgage Brokers - dual designations acheived by approximately 80 people in the US.

What does that mean to you?  It means that we have the education and expertise to properly advise you as to whether you are getting a solid deal or a bad one.  Our advisors have owned and operated mortgage operations since 1996 and handled conventional loans, including Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, and Government insured loans, including FHA, USDA and VA.  We also have experience in the non-conforming arena.  We have made 1,000’s of families homeowners, simply because we knew how to structure the best loan program for them.  We can offer this same expertise to you.

We are not trying to let us handle your mortgage.  Over the years we have watched borrowers come to closing with some level of apprehension.  This was not because they didn’t trust the company but rather because the whole process can be so overwhelming.

We have determined was that each borrower really just wants peace of mind.  What we do is advise mortgage applicants on their transaction.  We evaluate your closing costs and see if they could be lower, and on average save the client $500 in closing costs.  We also work with prospective buyers to evaluate their current situation and help them prepare for the purchase or refinance of their home.
